1. La Copa Llena at The Black Eagle
With epic sunset views, an inventive, fresh and local menu, La Copa Llena (formerly The Black Eagle) has been a sunset favorite with its open-air deck since the 1970s. This is a do-not-miss restaurant and arguably one of my favorite restaurants in the world (it’s truly a special place). While the menu changes seasonally based on availability of ingredients, the lively bar offers an impressive cocktail selection, local craft beers, and a diverse wine list, with happy hour daily – all enjoyed with stunning views of the waves, whales, and the best sunsets you’ve ever seen.

The Beach House in Rincón is a chill spot with stunning ocean views, perfect for grabbing fresh seafood and tropical cocktails with a view. The vibe is super laid-back, and it’s a great place to kick back, enjoy some good food, and watch the waves roll in.

This unassuming but popular roadside hut features some of the best food in Rincon. Located directly across from Pool’s Beach Jack’s Shack offers healthy and fresh breakfast and lunch options made with seasonal ingredients and fresh catches (yes, in a roadside trailer). The fish tacos are Aaa-Ma-Zing, not to mention veggie burgers and quinoa salads, with delicious fresh-pressed juices – perfect for fueling up before or after a surf session.

Estela Restaurant in Rincón offers a relaxed, yet refined dining experience with its focus on fresh, local ingredients and innovative cuisine. At the intersection of C Cambija and PR-413, this is a great roadside stop for coffee and breakfast! Yummy breakfast burritos, breakfast bowls, lattes and one of the best acai bowls in town.
